The input data are collected and published to the remote I/O head adaptor and output modules are updated with the data received from remote I/O head adaptor. The Modicon X80 automation platform complies with "TC" treatment requirements (treatment for all climates) and can operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C to +60°C/32°F to 140°F. Modicon X80 provides a single environment for the deployment of I/O modules in automation architectures by reducing spare parts inventory, maintenance and training costs. This Ethernet Remote Input Output (RIO) drop adaptor is equipped with 3 Ethernet ports on front panel, 1 service port (ETH1) and 2 PRP ports for redundant device network (LAN A and LAN B). Its casing provides IP20 protection of the electronics and offers 981900 hours of MTBF. This module has a grey color, and dimensions of 32x131x86mm.
